1st METRO JOB FAIR

 EVENT REPORT

Thousands of people trooped to Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall last November 8, 9 and 10, 2006 to take part in the First METRO Job Fair which was produced and organized by First Events Asia.

The event was supported by 31 different companies who offer both local and overseas jobs to our fellow Filipinos. We were also supported by DOLE and PESO Cainta as their people help us in manning the registration area and the overall secure operation of the event as well. Over 2000 plus applicants registered in this three day event who all went there hoping to land their dream job.

Organizing such an event like this is not just like a project for the organizers to finish – but it was also a task of having a vision and being hopeful that somehow and in someway all unemployed and applicants who went there have been able to successfully meet their purpose of being there.

Knowing that you have helped other people both exhibitors and visitors in this simple manner really gives fulfillment in our part as an organizer and for this, we hope to make the next Metro Job Fair Bigger and Better!
