2 nd Internet Café Congress 2007 Event Report

SM Megatrade Hall 1 with a big 1,300 plus square meters of exhibition area was filled from all corners as thousands of visitors trooped to the 2 nd Internet Café Congress 2007. This event was produced and conceptualized by First Events Asia and it aims to gather all the Equipment and Service providers for the Internet Café Industry.

Our first I-Café Congress was held last March 10 and 11, 2007 and even if this event was only 5 months from its previous predecessor, we are so surprised and overwhelmed to see the incredible turnout of thousands of people who went to the venue to check out the newest Computer Parts and Peripherals. Our biggest hit in this event are the newest business ideas and ventures that I-Café owners may set up in addition to their existing business to augment their earnings. There were also seminars and product presentations that aimed to help the visitors to have a better understanding about the products that are being exhibited in this trade show and to know exactly the way how it works to improve their business.

We also gave out I-Café Choice awards to deserving computer and equipment brands in the market today. Winners are voted by I-Café owners before the event thru emails, phone and actual surveys.

We also have once again conducted an exciting Cosplay competition where contestants donned their anime and gaming character costumes as they compete from one another to vie for the Individual and Group Cosplay Championship. We also have band entertainment by Meshmerize Band, dance numbers by Pilyoz and Motion and Movers Dancers.

As the 2 nd Internet Café Congress draws to a close, we hear good feedbacks from exhibitors who booked big sales from the event and our hearts were filled with great fulfillment for a job well done! This may not be possible but with the help of our Almighty God!
